SHIPPING

As a service to our customers, we arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers specialised in Furniture and Art Delivery.

DELIVERY COST
All orders will be shipped on a tracked and signed for service. The tracking number will be provided once order placed and delivery is normally within 2-5 business days for the UK, 6-7 for Europe, and 14days for International deliveries.

Any customs & duties are to be paid by the customer.  

For made to order and stock furniture a shipping quote will be sent to you upon purchase or request. These rates vary depending on the destination and complexity of delivery as well as the delivery date.  Any customs & duties are to be paid by the customer.  

DELIVERY DATE

You should receive your purchase in 6-9 working days after your order has been dispatched. For Express delivery services, you should receive your purchase in 3-5 working days after your order has been dispatched. 

You can check your shipment tracking number in your shipment confirmation email for the latest update on delivery times.

The delivery time for made to order and in stock furniture will vary depending on the destination and the product.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Please get in touch at info@dereklawlor.com

To return your purchase you can either arrange your own delivery or we can arrange it for you. Please note that delivery arranged by us will be charged and shipping fees may vary depending on the country.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. 

FAULTY ITEMS/ DEFECTS
It is our priority and we undertake our best efforts to complete a repair or replacement without causing significant inconvenience to you. The repair process usually takes around 15 business days,

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify info@dereklawlor.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been issued. The respective amount will be refunded via the original payment method. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.


NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

In the event of returns, please note that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
